Alright guys. I think it is really time to focus on what this team will end up looking like. This team currently has 19 players on it. With only 15 spots available, there are 16 players that I really would love to keep. So, I thought I would ask for other opinions.

This is the way I see it. Locks:

1. Wade

2. Haslem

3. Lebron

4. Bosh

5. Miller

6. Chalmers

7. Anthony

8. Arroyo

9. House

10. Big Z

The others (in no particular order):

11. Beverley

12. Butler

13. Hasbrouck

14. Howard

15. Jones

16. Magloire

17. Pittman

18. Randolph

19. Mason Jr.

I think Howard and Jones both make it because Riley is very fond of both. Personally, I don't know if I would keep Jones (I know he can shoot), but I do not run the team. Pittman also makes it because he is our big man of the future. Now, I think we can eliminate Mason Jr, and Randolph. So, we have Beverley, Butler, Hasbrouck, and Magloire fighting for the two open spots. I know what Magloire brings to this team, and it is important, but I would give the final two spots to Beverley and Butler. They both have potential. Butler would have been a lottery pick if he didn't get injured, and Beverley is Rondo like on defense. I would love to send Beverley back to Europe for another year, but since he was signed to a contract, we cannot do that. If he doesn't make the team, he is no longer our property and becomes a unrestricted free- agent. I still do not understand why Pat offered him a contract rather than just invite him to camp, in which case, he would remain the Heat's property and we would not have this dilemma. I would rather keep Magloire over Jones or Howard, but I cannot see that happening. Hopefully, there is some way to protect Butler for the year until he recovers that doesn't count against a roster spot. That way we would be able to retain all three. However, I am not aware of any such exception.

What do you guys think? Who will get the final spots?
