I tried to be patient, I didn't want to arbitrarily call for a man's job without just cause, but today my patience has run out and I say enough is enough. It's one thing to get beaten for a loss, but another to be completely Outplayed and Outhustled for a loss, and this is the part that is Unacceptable, and why I believe its time for a change at head coach. 

The Pacers beat the Heat  on the Glass outrebounding them 48-39 which lead to a ridiculous 38-18 point in the paint advantage ,  Indy forced the Heat into 22 turnovers while only committing 13 of their own, The Heat in particularly played selfishly and finished with16 assists to the Pacers 26.

Outside of the rebounding advantage which partially had to do with a lack of size inside and some of our critical personal (Haslem) being injured. Everything else should be attributed to deficiencies in Spo's ill preparation of the team to play, his poor in game coaching, poor adjustments, poor motivation of the players and poor gameplanning.  

Many questions have to be asked of Spo. Yes the Heat are small but can they hustle after lose balls, block out and rebound better. 22 turnovers?? Really? Its not like the Pacers are the Celtics on defense.  Wade is out of sync why is he on the floor? and if you keep him on the floor can't you put him in a position where he can catch and shoot?  Pick and roll? or Drive and if not score kick out? Do you not have one go to play for a player of wades caliber? 16 assts as a team? With Bron and Wade having 11 of those? There clearly isn't enough movement of the ball or players Where is the offense? This Streetball Iso stuff will not win! We saw where that gets you in Cleveland

However the most disappointing aspect of this team has been there defense, Or lack thereof. No helpside defense. No close out on open shooters. Opposing guards continue to live in the paint either scoring or kicking out to wide open shooters. Its like a shootaround. Spo told us camp was all about D and this is the result?  I can live with missing shots, shooting comes and goes but what should be consistent is Defense and Hustle both of which are lacking severely with Miami. I guess they believe they have that much talent that they don't have to work hard and there has to be a coach that can rely that message to them.
