This sounds crazy, but bear with me for a second. I think Kwame Brown could thrive as the starting center with this team. He’s a very big and strong player who more than holds his own on the defensive end. I think he is very similar to Perkins and will look very good on this team playing D, rebounding, and blocking shots. Also, he would, most likely, be willing to play for the min. He is the only available player who has a shot at defending Dwight Howard. And if it doesn’t work, we didn’t spend a high pick on him. There is very minimal risk and I think it could pay off.
