The wire has been HOT right around the 3 PM deadline and its almost been too hard to keep up with all the last minute trades. Im just going to list them out below. The most significant for us is Boston trading away Kendrick Perkins, but you will see below after the jump:

1. The Nuggets traded Carmelo to the New York Knicks. Denver gets Wilson Chandler, Raymond Felton, Danilo Gallinari, Timofey Mozgov, the Knicks 2014 first-round draft pick, the Warriors' 2012 second-round pick, the Warriors' 2013 second-round pick and $3 million in cash. Anthony will go to New York, along with Chauncey Billups, Shelden Williams, Anthony Carter and Renaldo Balkman.

2. Nets acquire All-Star Deron Williams from Utah. Utah receives Derrick Favors, Devin Harris, and 2 first round picks.

3. Wizards agree to trade G Kirk Hinrich & C Hilton Armstrong to ATL for G Mike Bibby, F Mo Evans, G Jordan Crawford & a No. 1 pick

4. Clippers have agreed in principle to trade G Baron Davis to Cavaliers for G Mo Williams

5. Boston has agreed to send Kendrick Perkins to OKC for package that includes Jeff Green. OKC will also send Nenad Krstic to the Celtics for Perkins. OKC also gets Nate Robinson.

6. Houston has traded Shane Battier to Memphis for Thabeet and a first-round pick

7. Oklahoma City has acquired center Nazr Mohammed from Charlotte for D.J. White and Mo Peterson

8. Portland will send Joel Przybilla and a 2nd round draft pick to Charlotte for Gerald Wallace

 9.
Boston has traded Semih Erdan and Luke Harangody to Cleveland for a second-round pick

All in all, i think the Heat standing still was fine. The biggest wins for us here is that Boston loses their main cog in the middle. I dont believe they can hold up with the 2 O'Neal's throughout the playoffs wihtout injuries. Big risk i think.

The other big news for the Heat is that Chicago did not get a shooting guard which they needed badly.
