It looks like the injury bug that has been plaguing some of the Miami Heat roster has been joined by the flu bug, which has stung LeBron James and might keep him out of tonight's game against Kobe Bryant and the Los Angeles Lakers. The Heat will already be without Dwyane Wade, who is still suffering from a badly sprained right ankle. Wade will miss his 5th game of the season, but so far Miami has gone 4-0 without Dwyane in the lineup.
LeBron has been sick all week, which includes Tuesday night when he torched the San Antonio Spurs for 33 points, 10 assists and 5 rebounds, so just because he isn't feeling well doesn't mean he wont be suiting up. Still, with his official status being ‘game time decision' there will be a lot of uneasy Heat fans out there until we know for sure that LeBron is going to play.
UPDATE 6:08pm- The Miami Heat have announced that LeBron James will be in the starting lineup tonight against the Lakers.
