Steve Dykes-USA TODAY Sports

Bosh gets the nod after LeBron and Wade have earlier been given the award this season.

After leading the Miami Heat to a 3-1 week, including the already-legendary game-winning basket against the Portland Trail Blazers, the NBA has announced that Chris Bosh has been named the NBA Eastern Conference Player of the Week for games played Monday, December 23 through Sunday, December 29.

Oklahoma City Thunder forward Kevin Durant was also awarded the Western Conference Player of the Week.

Bosh averaged 22.3 points, 8.0 rebounds, 1.75 blocks and 1.25 steals last week as helped the Heat to a 3-1 record with wins against the Atlanta Hawks, Los Angeles Lakers, and Portland Trail Blazers.
