25 Years of Heat to be celebrated during February with NBA Hardwood Classics Month

Tune in tonight for the Heat vs Pacers game to see some jerseys you might recognize...

The Miami Heat have been doing a great job this season of celebrating their 25th anniversary and the goodies just keep on coming, this time all month long.

Here's the official press release from the Heat with all the glorious details for the NBA Hardwood Classics Month. Each of the Hardwood Classics games will include a variety of special in-game features and activities as part of its month-long retrospective.

Red 25th Anniversary Hardwood Classics Uniforms

Each home and road game during the month of February (with the exception of the February 10th game) will showcase the HEAT wearing a special Red 25th Anniversary Hardwood Classics uniform. This red throwback uniform pays homage to the mid-1990's HEAT teams and features chunky numbers with a large drop-shadow and a scoop neck silhouette, as well as the original design of the "flaming T" element in the HEAT work mark. Note: road game uniform schedule subject to change.

25th Anniversary Individual Game Ticket Promotion

The HEAT is offering fans a special $25 "no fee" 25th Anniversary Individual Ticket Promotion for select February home games. The 25th Anniversary Individual Game Ticket promotion applies to the following games: February 4th vs. Charlotte, February 6th vs. Houston, February 12th vs. Portland, February 24th vs. Cleveland and February 26th vs. Sacramento. Tickets can be purchased online at www.HEAT25Tickets.com.

25 Years of HEAT Featuring Alonzo Mourning and Tim Hardaway

The next installment of 25 Years of HEAT will feature HEAT legends Alonzo Mourning and Tim Hardaway and will take place on February 12th when the HEAT take on the Portland Trail Blazers. Mourning and Hardaway will both share their memories with HEAT fans by participating in various pre-game, in-game and on-court activities, including a pre-game appearance on Sun Sports' HEAT Live show, interview on English and Spanish HEAT pre-game radio broadcasts, an in-arena halftime interview at center court, special guest commentator duties during Sun Sports television broadcast and a pre-game meet and greet opportunity exclusively for HEAT Season Ticket Holders.

Red 25th Anniversary Retail Collection

HEAT fans are urged to "redden" their wardrobe by stopping by The Miami HEAT Store, which will be stocked with a Red 25th Anniversary Retail Collection featuring player jerseys, hats, novelties as well as merchandise for the whole family. Hours for the flagship store located at the AmericanAirlines Arena are Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The Miami HEAT Store at Dolphin Mall (open during regular mall hours) and the newest location at Miami International Airport Concourse D32 (open seven days a week from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.) will also carry the Red 25th Anniversary Collection. Additionally, the Red Collection will be available 24/7 online at TheMiamiHEATStore.com

Miami HEAT Dancers Reunion

The four-time Most Popular Dance Team in the NBA will celebrate the franchise's 25 years by hosting a special Miami HEAT Dancers Reunion, which will take place during the February 26th game versus the Sacramento Kings. Former HEAT Dancers will join current squad members in various in-game performances and activities.
