The NBA reviewed the foul Charlotte Bobcats forward Josh McRoberts and his elbow gave to LeBron James and correctly upgraded it to a flagrant 2 foul but did not go as far as suspending him for the pivotal Game 3 on Saturday.
Additionally, McRoberts has been fined $20,000 for the controversial play "for making unnecessary and excessive contact with Miami Heat forward LeBron James, it was announced today by Rod Thorn, President, Basketball Operations".
You might remember this is the same foul in which three NBA officials didn't feel it warranted anything other than a normal foul, even though it was reviewable because it occurred with just 50 seconds lift in the game.
Will Udonis Haslem or even a suit-wearing Juwan Howard dish out a different type of justice on McRoberts? Only way to find out is by tuning in on Saturday for Game 3.
