Putting a lighter spin on all the Free Agency rumors and "news", SB Nation did us all a favor and came up with this theory on who the source that fed Chris Broussard info that LeBron James is seriously considering a return to the Cleveland Cavaliers.

Wade, Bosh contract status

UPDATE: David Aldridge has seemingly debunked this rumor. ESPN's Brian Windhorst is confirming an earlier report by the Oregonian's John Canzano that Dwyane Wade and Chris Bosh are ready to sign deals at $12 million and $11 million at 5 and 4 years, respectively. Would serve as huge discounts and grant Miami cap space to pursue a top or 2nd tier free agent.

Greg Oden pulls a Focker, hits girl in face with volleyball spike

+

After a season where he may not have had a large role with the Miami Heat but was still able to return to NBA action, Greg Oden got together with some friends in the offseason for a nice round of volleyball. Things presumably went well, until Oden went for a casual spike right on a girl's face, though she's lucky that he didn't go full force with his power and seems to be okay. And hey, at least Oden is successfully jumping around during the summer. That counts for something. The big man signed with the Heat last August on a two-year deal with a player option for next season at approximately $1.14 million. (H/T to The Big Lead)

Shabazz Napier hasn't even been officially introduced as a Miami Heat player yet by Pat Riley after last night's NBA Draft trade with the Charlotte Hornets. Check out the Heat.com store for a variety of shirts and official game jerseys with Napier's #13 on them. (Yes, I already checked: Mario Chalmers jerseys are still full price.)
