The Miami Heat is expected to bring three players of varying levels of obscurity into training camp. According to the Sun-Sentinel, the temporary Heats are wing Matt Walsh (Florida), guard Tre Kelley (South Carolina) and forward Omar Bartlett (Jacksonville State).
Your 20-man Heat camp roster, with the strikethrough marking my predictions to be cut from the 15-man opening day roster:
Centers: Joel Anthony, Mark Blount, Jamaal Magloire, David Padgett
Forwards: Michael Beasley, Shawn Marion, Udonis Haslem, James Jones, Dorell Wright, Kasib Powell, Matt Walsh, Omar Bartlett
Guards: Dwyane Wade, Mario Chalmers, Marcus Banks, Daequan Cook, Yakhouba Diawara, Chris Quinn, Tre Kelley
The Sun-Sentinel further reports that Wright will be limited due to continued rehab from knee surgery, and undrafted point guard Jason Richards is knocking around in roster limbo after his own surgery. Center Alonzo Mourning, meanwhile, won't be in camp but is still expected to attempt a midseason comeback.
Despite the logjam at the swing positions, I expect Powell to be the 15th man, assuming Miami goes with the full 15. 'Zo will take a spot when he returns, but a lot could change by then, and Powell might play his way into a safer position on the depth chart given the opportunity.
