  • Miami Herald - Heat make qualifying offers to Anthony, Moon: Not Earth-shattering news by any stretch of the imaginiation, but anytime you can mention the name "Jamario Moon," it's a plus in my book.
  • Miami Herald - Miami Heat hoping for another second-round steal: Look, I think Mario Chalmers had a fantastic year last year. But referring to him already as a "steal" and "Mario Miracle," as Michael Wallace has chosen to do here, may just be a tad bit exaggerated. Of course, nicknaming him anything other than Supernintendo Chalmers (with audio) is a traveshamockery.
  • Palm Beach Post - Miami Heat hasn't opted to rely on big-name foreign players - Kind of an interesting look at Miami's lack of an international presence (and a lack of much drafting success). If I were Mickey Arison, I'd be pushing hard for the Heat to establish a strong presence in Latin America. No Miami team, college or professional, has that tie that seems so logical and productive. But what do I know, I'm not a doctor.
