The Heat will kick-off their 09-10 regular season with an abundance of home games.
Wednesday, October 28th the Heat's season will kick off at the AAA against those 'hated' New York Knicks, and Miami will play 8 of their first 10 games at home. The first time the Cavs come to down is November 12th, and other highlights include a Christmas Day game in Madison Square Garden as part of an NBA quadruiple-header.
One interesting thing in the schedule is that the Heat play their final 12 games against non-division opponents, and their final 5 games could end up being quite tough: vs. PHI, vs. DET, @ NYK, @ PHI vs. NJN. Also, the Heat are scheduled to be on national television 23 times (subject to change, of course).
