The Miami HEAT announced today that beginning with the November 6th game versus the New Jersey Nets, which tips off at 7:30 p.m. at AmericanAirlines Arena, all English radio broadcasts for the 2010-11 season will now be heard exclusively on 790 The Ticket. More details about the new partnership will be released later. The move comes after the Heat terminated their previous contract with Clear Channel Broadcasting, which owns WINZ-AM 940. The Heat had filed a breach of contract suit against Clear Channel last month for giving a more favorable contract to the Miami Dolphins. This violated the terms of the older Heat contract that gave them the right to have the same conditions as any other team's contract with the media giant.
