I'm a huge fan of the Dan LeBatard Show with Stugotz on Miami's WAXY-AM (790) the Ticket. The reason I love the show and LeBatard is because he's a very real guy when it comes to sports. He sees beyond a lot of the mindless babble (that I oftentimes contribute to) and realizes it's just a game on a well-paid scale. That's why this interview with Heat team president Pat Riley is so great.
Of course there's some basketball talk, but there's a lot more talk about life. And honestly, I think a talk about life with Pat Riley is going to be a lot more interesting that a talk about basketball. So as you're getting into the groove of work this Monday morning, give it a listen:
