Players allowed to work out at team facilities again

The NBA sent out memos to every team on Tuesday announcing that they can now allow players back into team facilities for "voluntary player workouts and physicals." Also, teams will be allowed to speak to free agents starting on Wednesday at 9am, though no deals can be offered and no new contracts can be signed before December 9th.

Another change is that the league is now allowing coaches, general managers and owners to speak publicly about things they couldn't speak of while the lockout was going on. That includes future free agent signings, plans for the upcoming season, contracts and other common topics, thought talking about the new collective bargaining agreement is still a no-no...for the time being.
