ESPN's Brian Windhorst reported today that Dwyane Wade has sold a sitcom based on his life to the Fox TV network. The show is called "Three the Hard Way" and centers on Daryl Wade, an NBA superstar who raises his two sons after getting full custody of them with "his entourage of eccentric friends."

Wade recently formed his own production company, ZZ Productions, named after his sons Zaire and Zion. He received full custody of his sons in 2010. The program is based on Wade's best-selling memoir, A Father First, which Hot Hot Hoops reviewed last year.

LeBron James helped create a Web-based animated series called "The LeBrons" during his first season in Miami. The cartoon series revived four versions of James that first appeared in a series of Nike commercials.
