The redesigned site contains a bold look and feel with large compelling images and an extensive video library. CoachSpo.com also has a news section and an expansive area dedicated to health and fitness, which includes tips for healthy eating and more. In addition, CoachSpo.com has been optimized for mobile devices allowing fans to engage with the site wherever they are.
As a Filipino-American, CoachSpo.com also contains an area dedicated to the Philippines and giving back. Spoelstra recently participated in a public service announcement on behalf of the NBA and UNICEF encouraging people to help the victims of Typhoon Haiyan. He is a frequent visitor to the island nation and has hosted school visits and basketball clinics there every summer for the past four years.
“CoachSpo.com is a fantastic way for me to share a number of topics that I care about with basketball fans from around the world,” said Spoelstra. “The site looks great, is easy to navigate and I really hope folks will stop by and check it out.”
