The Miami Heat unveil the Red Zone campaign for home games

New, comment

All home games at the AmericanAirlines Arena until the end of the calendar year will feature the new coloring scheme, complete with alternate uniforms.

The Miami Heat are looking to revive their successful 2005 NBA Playoff campaign with a revival of the Red Zone at upcoming home games in the AmericanAirlines Arena.

Starting with Saturday's 7:30pm game against the Orlando Magic, the arena will be decked out in the special colorway in the form of special in-game presentations, graphics, along with the introduction of the team's new alternate red uniforms and a new Red Zone player introduction video (a sneak peak of which is shown above). The campaign is sponsored by Acordis International Corp.

As the Heat notes in their press release, "the Red Zone pays tribute to the fervor and passion of the 2005 Miami HEAT playoffs. HEAT fans answered the call that year to 'spread the red', transforming the AmericanAirlines Arena into a sea of crimson and helped carry the team to the Eastern Conference Finals."

Additionally, fans can download Heat Red Zone graphics for their smartphones, tablets, desktops and social media platforms. They can also purchase the new uniforms at the Heat Store online or at their several local locations.

The following is a list of all upcoming home games that will feature the Red Zone.
