Miami Heat veteran Shane Battier and his Take Charge Foundation have released details for their upcoming annual karaoke show, the now-legendary South Beach Battioke event which will take place on January 27, 2014 at the Fillmore Miami Beach.
General admission tickets are going for just $150 and as a bonus, the first 100 buyers will get their commemorative ticket autographed by the one and only master of ceremonies. Expect to see lots of beautiful people, rub shoulders with his fellow Heat teammates along with experiencing firsthand the sweet, soulful voice of James Jones and the earsplitting singing voices of just about everyone else.

Not to be outdone, Mario Chalmers himself will host the Red Hot Winter Wonderland charity event with proceeds going to the Mario V. Chalmers Foundation, an organization that "creates and supports community based programs that strive to empower, inspire and enable youth to live healthy lifestyles, put education first and give back to their communities".
The event will take place on Thursday, December 12 2013 at the Surfcomber South Beach hotel from 8:00pm to 12:00am.
According to their site, "this enchanting evening presented by Mario Chalmers and friends will feature live entertainment, open cocktail bar, and magical surprises and performances throughout the night. Dress to impress in your RED best as we kick off the holiday for a great cause."
