Dominance. There really isn't a better word to describe the tear the Miami Heat have been on. Statistically, the Heat don't have the best win margin (7.1), third in the NBA, but their inherent ability to crank it up a notch and elevate to a higher gear has been unmatched.
LeBron James, notably received his 42nd NBA player of the week award, which is the most in NBA history. Although in fairness, this is a new award that only started in 2000.
"This is when we make our mark, become legends or whatever the case may be. This is the best time of the year. We understand that spring is on its way and we're gearing up for it. We're playing some really, really good ball right now as a team." - LeBron said.
Mr Under the Radar
Meanwhile, in a galaxy far, far away; Dwyane Wade is playing basketball in the NBA. I think he's on the Miami Heat but I'm not one hundred percent sure.
In February, Wade is averaging 23 points, 6 rebounds and 5 assists. What's most impressive to me however and more indicative of Flash rounding into form, is his steals and blocks.
Dwyane Wade is averaging a team leading 2.4 steals and 1.3 blocks this month. No other Heat player is even close to those numbers in February.
With LeBron and Wade playing like this, the margin of error for the rest of the NBA is microscopic.
