The Miami Heat's official Twitter account announced today that forwards Rashard Lewis and James Jones exercised their player options for the 2013-14 NBA season. Neither player received much playing time last season, but may become bigger parts of the rotation with the possible amnesty of Mike Miller.

Ray Allen also has a player option for next year. Chris Andersen, Jarvis Varnado and Juwan Howard will become unrestricted free agents July 1.
