Not everyone was happy around Heat Nation in who was kept on the final opening night roster, but today the Heat reached agreements with the last four players they cut from the training camp roster to play for their NBA D-League affiliate, the Sioux Falls Skyforce.
Tyler Johnson, Khem Birch, Shawn Jones, and Larry Drew II will all join the team.

Any NBA team can sign any of these players if they choose to, the Heat have no "rights" to them. But what it does, is keep them in the Miami Heat family for now, and allow the extended coaching staff to continue to evaluate them along the way.
Andre Dawkins was kept on the roster, and the Heat still hold an open spot on the Skyforce roster should they decide to assign Dawkins to the team for different amounts of time throughout the season to get more playing time.
