Pacers' Paul George fined $25,000

The Indiana Pacers face yet another fine, this time involving Paul George and his choice of words.

The NBA announced Tuesday afternoon that Indiana Pacers All-Star Paul George will be fined for comments he made during a post game interview.

George said:

"You can't tell me we don't attack the basket as much as they attack the basket. You can't tell me we're not aggressive. Maybe we're too aggressive. We're just as aggressive as they are attacking the basket and making plays at the rim. Maybe this was just home cooking."

Indiana Pacers forward Paul George has been fined $25,000 for public criticism of the officiating, it was announced today by Rod Thorn, President, Basketball Operations.

George made his comments in the postgame press conference following the Pacers' 102-90 loss to the Miami Heat on May 26, at AmericanAirlines Arena.
