Chris Bosh has decided to let go of his 10,755-square-foot digs in the Pacific Palisades; lists mansion for $14.5 million.

According to the Los Angeles Times, Chris Bosh has decided to list his 10,755-square-foot Pacific Palisades mansion for $14.5 million. That sticker price will get you a massive gated estate on 1.45 acres with unobstructed views of the Pacific Ocean and mountains.

Indoors, the six bedroom, eight bath residence features a large master suite with dual master baths, walk-in closets and a large ocean view balcony. Also for your entertainment pleasure you’ll find a movie theater and bar area with billiards. For those that prefer to work from home it sports luxurious office/library space and comes with fully-equipped staff quarters for those who need a little extra help.

There’s no shortage of space for outdoor lounging and entertainment either with a resort-style infinity pool with lounge areas and full outdoor kitchen with pizza oven and tiki hut.

Bosh purchased the home in December 2012 for $9.4 million and had been renting it out for $45,000 a month.

He currently owns a 12,300-square-foot mansion in Miami Beach along with a 4,200-square-foot condo at the Ritz-Carlton Residences in Dallas and a pair of properties in Desoto, Texas.
