Bosh purchased the home in December 2012 for $9.4 million and had been renting it out for $45,000 a month.
He currently owns a 12,300-square-foot mansion in Miami Beach along with a 4,200-square-foot condo at the Ritz-Carlton Residences in Dallas and a pair of properties in Desoto, Texas.
