The Miami Heat will sign Henry Walker to a 10-day contract.
Walker was formerly known as Bill Walker and last played in the NBA with the New York Knicks during the 11-12 season.

Walker was most recently in the D-League with the Sioux Falls Skyforce, where he averaged 15.1 points, 3.9 rebounds and 1.5 assists in 27.7 minutes per game.
The Heat have two open roster spots as they shipped out four players and only got back two. They'll use on of them temporarily on Walker. Look for the Heat to also wait for the buyout season to begin to shape the rest of their roster.
Walker played college ball at Kansas State with Michael Beasley...so maybe this is just the start of something else. Or not.
