The Miami Heat are close to losing their seeding for the NBA playoffs if they don't get things together soon. After back-to-back losses, the Heat will host the Phoenix Suns on Monday night in Miami.
This will be the first time that Goran Dragic will face his former team, although they look different at the helm than when Dragic was there. Danny Granger will also be returning, but he's currently not in the rotation. The big matchup will be if the Heat can stop Eric Bledsoe. A very intriguing matchup will be Whiteside vs Len. Alex Len is a tall dude who won't be easily maneuvered.
Last time the Heat and Suns played, Miami got a great win in Phoenix. That's also the game that ended Josh McRoberts' season after he hurt his knee in the final minutes of the game.
The game will be televised on NBATV for outside of Miami. If you are in Miami, you can see it on SunSports.
The game is scheduled for 7:30 PM EST, with tipoff close to 7:42.
Here are the projected starters:
Brandon Knight | PG | Goran Dragic |
Eric Bledsoe | SG | Dwyane Wade |
P.J. Tucker | SF | Luol Deng |
Markieff Morris | PF | Udonis Haslem |
Alex Len | C | Hassan Whiteside |
