The Miami Heat will host the 2015 Draft Party on June 25 at the AmericanAirlines Arena to watch their favorite team make the No. 10 and No. 40 selections in the NBA Draft.
Heat coach Erik Spoelstra and big man Hassan Whiteside will be at the event as well as Heat legend Alonzo Mourning and Heat broadcasters for the event, with doors opening at 6:00pm -- an hour before the ESPN broadcast begins at 7:00pm. Joining them will the Heat dancers, Burnie, and the Xtreme Team giving away prizes such as autographed items, t-shirts and other assorted goodies. The Miami Heat Store will also be open for the duration of the event.
Additionally, the first 2,500 fans in attendance will receive a 2015 Miami Heat Draft t-shirt.
Fans will need to reserve a free ticket (four maximum) online through Ticketmaster.com. Though the event is free, a credit card will be required to secure a ticket, but it won't actually be charged.
Free parking is available at the arena while spaces last.
