The Miami Heat announced Sunday that they have recalled rookie guard Josh Richardson and forward/center Jarnell Stokes from their NBA Development League affiliate, Sioux Falls Skyforce.
Richardson played in two victorious games for the Skyforce against the Raptors 905, recording 30 points, seven rebounds, four assists, four steals, and a block on December 31 and then tallying 16 points, five assists and two blocks on January 2.
Stokes has now completed three separate assignments with the Skyforce and has appeared in 11 games with just one loss, averaging 19.3 points, 8.8 rebounds, 1.18 steals, 1.09 blocks in 29.0 minutes and posting an efficient 67.2 percent from the field.
Both players will immediately re-join the Heat and will be available to play tonight against the Washington Wizards.
