Game Preview: Heat (10-20) take on Pelicans (10-21) in New Orleans

After an exciting win against the Lakers, the Heat head to New Orleans to take on the Pelicans

NBA: Miami Heat at New Orleans Pelicans Derick E. Hingle-USA TODAY Sports

Game Story:

After an exciting night in Miami where Shaq’s number was retired and Miami fought back to win against the Lakers, the Heat head to New Orleans to take on the Pelicans. The Heat haven’t performed well in back-to-back games this season, but it remains to be seen how they’ll fare against New Orleans.

It’s worth noting that Miami was noticeably resilient against the Lakers, Dragić was a maestro and conducted the young core to victory. Additionally, James Johnson was fantastic really helping Miami stay in the game. If Miami’s performance is anything like that of last night, then Heat Nation should be in store for a good one.

Projections:

Numberfire.com currently give Miami a 447.7% chance to win this game
