The Cleveland Cavaliers seem to be the front runner for Joe Johnson, who was waived by the Brooklyn Nets. But Chris Mannix, from the Vertical, says that the Miami Heat and Atlanta Hawks are high on his list.
Cleveland already ramping up its efforts to recruit Joe Johnson, but two teams high on Johnson's list, per source: Miami and Atlanta.

The Heat, however, really don't want to offer any contracts to players until the range of March 10 for luxury tax implications. It remains to be seen whether Johnson would want to wait two weeks. He doesn't need the money, but you never know.
The Hawks know Johnson well, and could use him. The Heat have a place for his shooting, and the Cavs would like him for depth. Where he lands? Who knows?
