Game Story
After dropping three games in a row to the Charlotte Hornets the Heat now face elimination as they head to Charlotte for game 6 of the series. After Wednesday's controversial no call on Wade and the drama and frustration that followed, it can be expected that the Heat come out strong. Hopefully Coach Spoelstra can stick to a consistent rotation and extend the series.
Wade and Coach Spoelstra on Game 5's final call:
"Look, it never is decided by those plays, but from my vantage point Dwyane certainly looked like he got fouled," Heat coach Erik Spoelstra said. Asked if he had seen a replay, Spoelstra said, "I don't need to. He got fouled."
"There's no reason for me to look at it," Wade said. "It ain't going to change anything. I thought I did. It wasn't called."
