Hassan Whiteside, who recently re-signed with the Miami Heat for a four year maximum contract, has made history. Never before has a player made the minimum one season, and then jumped to the max the next. It's pretty astounding when you think about it and really shows how hungry the NBA market was for Whiteside's services.
