News of Denver's offer to Wade comes on the heels of rumors that Wade will join LeBron James and sign with the Cleveland Cavaliers. It would be strange to see Wade play on the Cavaliers, with Kyrie Irving needing the ball in his hands to stay effective. But then again, why is a 34-year-old Wade thinking about joining a team that went 33-49 last year?
Who expected this messy negotiation to take place with a so-called #HeatLifer? We'll have to see if Wade will put on another jersey.
