Preview: Heat end preseason vs 76ers in Kansas City

New, comments

The Heat wrap things up in their only game that won’t be televised at all this season.

NBA: Preseason-Charlotte Hornets at Miami Heat Jasen Vinlove-USA TODAY Sports

The Miami Heat close out their preseason schedule agains the Philadelphia 76ers on Friday night in Kansas City. We aren’t really sure at this point who will play for the Heat with it being the last game. We do know that Goran Dragic will not play as he continues to rest.

The Sixers are young and playing impressive so far. If Embiid and Whiteside do square off against each other, that will be the matchup to watch for however many minutes it happens.

Miami will also be without Rodney McGruder, who is lost for 3-6 months with stress fracture. This will be the last look at some of these end of the bench players before Erik Spoelstra and Pat Riley have to trim their roster to 15 (or 17 with two-way contracts).

This game, unfortunately is not televised. So you will have to listen to it on the radio or just follow along the box score or on Twitter for your updates.

Here’s everything you need to know:
