GAME PREVIEW: Battered Heat and Spurs battle on ESPN.

New, comments
NBA: San Antonio Spurs at Miami Heat Steve Mitchell-USA TODAY Sports

The Miami Heat and San Antonio Spurs will both be missing key players as they face each other on national TV Wednesday night. Miami will be without Hassan Whiteside for the third straight game and the Spurs have yet to see Kawhi Leonard play this season. Dion Waiters will also be a game time decision.

Regardless, the Spurs are 3-0 and Miami is 2-1.

The Heat will have to play a good game to get this win. Miami has held 20 point leads in both of the last two wins, but has all but lost them before it was done. That can’t happen again.
