When Dion Waiters said he found a home in Miami with the Heat, he literally meant it. Reportedly he bought a $7.4 million mansion in the Pinecrest area, close to where Tyler Johnson has his home for sale.

The residence, a.k.a. “Waiters’ Island,” features nothing but the best, at a price comparable to what Hassan Whiteside paid for his Miami home last year.

The gargantuan Polynesian estate measures a whopping 17,714 square feet under air, which placed it on our map featuring the largest single family homes across Miami.

The residence, developed by Pioneer Inter-Development’s Frank Mendez, has nine bedrooms, 13 bathrooms, 20-foot ceilings, three sprawling master suites, large indoor and outdoor kitchens, and high-end appliances.

The RealDeal added it was built with professional athletes in mind.

...the home boasts a 12-person shower, a driveway that can fit 30 cars and enough space inside to build a half-court basketball court.

Let’s take a video tour.
