The Miami Heat went 3-3 on their six game home stand that ended on Wednesday. Now they begin a six game road trip that they either need to match or exceed that record to keep pace in a balanced Eastern Conference.

Their first opponent is the Denver Nuggets. With new addition Paul Millsap, the Nuggets are poised to take a step forward. Nikola Jokic has solidified himself as a creative big man with a multi purpose skill set, and Gary Harris is become a deadly shooter. The Nuggets have their eyes set on the playoffs.

The Heat beat the Chicago Bulls on Wednesday after three straight losses. Hassan Whiteside was welcomed back to the lineup after missing 5 games. And Ba, Adebayo continued his impressive support role play.

Miami will have its two keys to the game continue to be this: make a good percentage (40%+} and limit turnovers to under 14. When they do that, they are a good team.
