The Miami Heat and Udonis Haslem have been together for the past 14 years. With free agency in full swing, the Heat wanted Haslem to know that they wanted him back for his 15th season. The team put four placards at Haslem’s home at the start of free agency. The Heat wanted to show that Haslem is theirs.

The first placard stated, "The Hardest Working Best Conditioned Most Professional Unselfish Toughest Meanest Nastiest Player In Heat History. Haslem." The second one showed a picture of Haslem with blood on his face. The third one showed how Haslem was the team’s all-time leading rebounder. The fourth and final placard noted how Haslem has three NBA championships with the team.
The Heat are expected to offer Haslem the NBA minimum later on in free agency. Haslem posted this to his Instagram account the next morning.
