One of the more intriguing prospects on the Miami Heat Summer League team was London Perrantes. He recently signed an undisclosed type of contract with the San Antonio Spurs.

The Spurs press release highlights his time with the Heat in the Summer League.
Perrantes, 6-2/190, most recently played with the Miami Heat in the 2017 MGM Resorts Summer League, averaging 10.0 points, 5.0 assists, 2.0 rebounds and 1.50 steals in 27.9 minutes.
He also appeared in the 2017 Orlando Pro Summer League with the Heat, averaging 11.3 points, 4.8 assists, 3.8 rebounds and 1.33 steals in 28.4 minutes.
With limited roster space for another guard, the Heat couldn’t give Perrantes the minutes he needed to develop his game to the next level. The release doesn’t mention whether his contract is guaranteed or not, or convertible to a two-way deal later on.
As long as he’s in the Western Conference good luck to Perrantes in San Antonio. Heat fans will be watching to see if the organization’s scouts have found yet another NBA player from the undrafted pool of talent.
