Surya Fernandez reported that Dwyane Wade most likely will be a member of the Cleveland Cavaliers when they perform at AA Arena on March 27, 2018.

That marks a turnaround from 2010 when LeBron James and Chris Bosh left their cities to join Wade in Miami. Hopefully the Cavaliers and Heat battle it out again in the Eastern Conference Finals.

Cavaliers will feature an All-Star lineup from 2011 of Derrick Rose, Wade, James, Kevin Love and Tristan Thompson. The playoff picture has changed for Gordon Hayward from when he signed with the Boston Celtics, as both Celtics and Cavaliers moved players since then.

Those two teams face a very different strength of schedule this October. Cavaliers could possibly start 7-0 with a mostly soft opening slate of games. For the Celtics on the other hand, the Knicks are the only projected lottery team they face in October.

October schedule for Cavaliers:
Celtics, Bucks, Magic, Bulls, Nets, Pelicans. Knicks

October schedule for Celtics:
Cavaliers, Bucks, 76ers, Knicks, Bucks, Heat, Spurs

The Heat could win their first 3 games, and then lose the next 3 in October. An early test of the team’s potential awaits them.

October schedule for Heat:
Magic, Pacers, Hawks, Spurs, Celtics, Timberwolves

Miami plays 5 of those games at home, so fans will get to recreate the atmosphere of a record-setting finish from last season. For an example of what's to come, the Heat tweeted a sample of the team’s training camp scrimmages at FAU.

By November 1st, Heat fans will know if this October was a trick or treat, because later on the Heat may still get a treat.

Wade hasn't ruled out the idea of a future return to Miami.
