After Jimmy Butler’s infamous outburst at the Minnesota Timberwolves last Wednesday, ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski said that the Heat wanted back in to trade talks regarding the All-Star.
But it now appears that the talks between the two clubs have been dead, and that Butler will be a member of the Timberwolves at the start of the season.
Minnesota's Jimmy Butler practiced again Sunday and is expected to play in season opener in San Antonio on Wednesday. Heat/Timberwolves talks have been dead, for now, league sources said.
