It’s been a problem for the last two seasons, but somehow seems worse now. The Heat will also be without Dwyane Wade this week as he attends to his new baby girl, so Miami will lack that on court leadership as they face this tough situation.

The Heat play four games this week, they need to win some or it might be time to make some changes.
