Game Story:
The Miami Heat are struggling. After last Saturday’s win against Portland, Miami seemed to be hitting their stride, only to completely come off the rails after two embarrassing losses against Sacramento and Charlotte.
Heat fans are confused to say the least. With Miami in desperate need of offense, sharpshooter Wayne Ellington has been left out of the rotation, calls are being questioned. James Johnson who had been practicing in full with the team, now has no timetable for a return, and we still don’t have an update on Dion Waiters. So what is the front office planning?
The Heat has an opportunity to calm things down briefly with a win tonight against Atlanta. The Atlanta Hawks have embraced their identity of a Frankenstein team, but are still getting the job done. This should be a good one.
UPDATE: Goran Dragic has been ruled out for tonight’s game due to a sore right foot and is considered day-to-day.
