The Miami Heat are sliding.

After three straight losses, the Heat have fallen from fourth to seventh seed in the East and need to compose themselves. While there have been some positives, most notably the resurgence of Justise Winslow and the emergence of Bam Adebayo. Despite those positives, the Heat still have a lot of work to do especially on the offensive end. Tonight the Heat have a real opportunity to get back on track at home against Orlando, it should be a good one.
