With one of the tightest races for playoff positioning in recent memory wrapping up at the conclusion of the 2017-18 NBA regular season, the NBA has now finally unveiled the complete schedule for the first round of the 2018 NBA playoffs.
National television and radio information has also been included for all games, and “additional scheduling information will be furnished as soon as possible consistent with the need to fulfill league obligations,” according to the NBA’s press release. All first round games, except those televised on ABC, will be available to be televised locally as well which means Fox Sports Sun will televise the Miami Heat’s games.

The Miami Heat will be on the road for the first game of their first round series against the Philadelphia 76ers on Saturday, April 14 at 8:00pm. Miami will play their homes games at the AmericanAirlines Arena on Thursday, April 19 at 7:00pm and on Saturday, April 21 at 2:30pm. If necessary, a Game 6 in Miami would be played on Thursday, April 26. Should it extend to seven games, the series would conclude exactly two weeks after Game 1 on April 28 in Philadelphia.
Boston-Milwaukee got an ABC game a week from Sunday, scheduled on a day ABC has a doubleheader. Conversely, none of Heat-Sixers series was selected for ABC, meaning all ESPN or TNT AND Fox Sports Sun.

The NBA also notes that if all the first round series are completed in six games or less, the Conference Semifinals would move up to begin on either Saturday, April 28 or Sunday, April 29.
