Game Preview: Heat look to end two game skid at home versus Boston

New, comments

After a heartbreaking loss against the Nuggets, the Heat look to get back on track against the Celtics at home.

NBA: Miami Heat at Boston Celtics Greg M. Cooper-USA TODAY Sports

Game Story:

After a heartbreaking loss against the West’s best, Denver Nuggets the Heat are back home to take on the surging Celtics. The Celtics will be on the back end of a back to back after beating Indiana. The Heat were strong against the Nuggets, switching up the rotation and bringing back meaningful minutes for Dion Waiters (at the expense of Derrick Jones Jr). It will be interesting to see how Spoelstra handles the rotation against Boston, and if Miami utilizes the 2-3 zone a little more often.

The Heat were successful against the Celtics last season, hopefully they can be again. In any case, this should still be an exciting one.

Probable Starters:

Heat: Justise Winslow, Josh Richardson, Rodney McGruder, James Johnson, Hassan Whiteside

Celtics: Jayson Tatum, Marcus Morris, Al Horford, Marcus Smart, Kyrie Irving
