Throughout Dwyane Wade’s final NBA season, the Miami Heat player has exchanged jerseys with opposing players. And on Sunday afternoon, Wade had another jersey of his — his Marquette one — lifted into the rafters.

Two of Wade’s sons, Zaire and Zion, and nephew Dahveon Morris — whom Wade also raises — surprised him at the ceremony, which took place at halftime of the Providence vs. Marquette game today. According to the Associated Press’ Tim Reynolds, Wade thought that his kids had basketball events that would’ve prevented them from making the trip to Marquette.

Hopefully we won’t wait long for another one of Wade’s jersey retirement ceremonies — the one for the Miami Heat.
