Miami Heat fans were finally rewarded for their patience when the brand new “ViceWave” City Edition collection officially launched at the stroke of midnight Wednesday both at the AmericanAirlines Arena and online.

As detailed yesterday here, the Heat are going all out to promote the new uniform and its related retro gear. Now fans will actually get to see their team take to the court at the AA Arena for the first time with the ViceWave “Gale Blue”-colored jerseys when they host the Golden State Warriors on Friday night.

The arena will be drenched in the 80’s/90s-inspired theme with a new player introduction video and much more, including what’s being called the “Vice Void” where fans are encouraged to share their photos taken there against plenty of cool backdrops.

Oh yeah, there’s also the game itself in which the Heat will have a golden opportunity to remain unbeaten at home for an eighth consecutive game to start the season when they host the Warriors, who currently own the worst NBA record.

So if you want to get in on all the fun, you can purchase tickets from our sponsor StubHub right here!

Sure, it may have the classic makings of a trap game given the quality of the opponent and the party-like atmosphere, but this team has already shown they can beat these kinds of teams time and time again this season — especially at home.
