Game Story:

The Houston Rockets host the Miami Heat, who could be without their leader, tonight eager for revenge.

According the FiveThirtyEight, the Heat have only a 17% chance of winning tonight despite blowing them out 129-100 earlier in the season, though that was at home.

Houston is 6-2 at home and won eight straight games after that embarrassing November 3 loss with James Harden back to playing like an MVP and the team improving their defense, though they seemed to have regressed again with three straight losses.

Miami may finally get Justise Winslow back, who has missed significant time recovering from a serious concussion suffered in their road loss to the Denver Nuggets. However, Jimmy Butler is unlikely to play due to illness. James Johnson also missed the Heat’s last game due to illness.

Probable Starters:

Heat:

  • Jimmy Butler
  • Bam Adebayo
  • Meyers Leonard
  • Duncan Robinson
  • Kendrick Nunn

Rockets:

  • Russell Westbrook
  • James Harden
  • Danuel House Jr.
  • PJ Tucker
  • Clint Capela
