Game Story:

The Miami Heat are looking for their 11th straight home win to start this season when they host the Atlanta Hawks on Tuesday night. The Heat beat the Hawks in a home and home series earlier this year, but that came also with an injury to Trae Young in the first game.

The Heat will be tested against the stellar point guard who is averaging over 34 PPG in his last 8 games. It seems as though Justise Winslow and Goran Dragic will remain out for the Heat, and Bam Adebayo is probable after getting shaken up at the end of the Heat’s overtime win against the Bulls on Sunday.

Miami will look to improve to 18-6 with a win and keep pace among the top 3 teams in the NBA. This will be the Heat’s 3rd of a 4-game home stand that will end on Friday against the L.A. Lakers.

FiveThirtyEight gives the Heat a 75% chance to win this game.

Probable Starters:

Heat:

  • Jimmy Butler
  • Bam Adebayo
  • Meyers Leonard
  • Duncan Robinson
  • Kendrick Nunn

Hawks:

  • Jabari Parker
  • Damian Jones
  • Kevin Huerter
  • Trae Young
